Special Notes:
"All campers will get a t-shirt, however, you must sign up by Friday, May 16 in order to receive a camp T-shirt. All campers should wear lightweight clothing and a hat or visor. Please bring tennis shoes, tennis racket, personal water bottle, sunscreen, and towel. Enrollment day of camp will be an additional $20." If your child does not have a racket, I have a limited number of small youth sized rackets on a first come first serve basis.

"I, the Parent or Legal Guardian of the athlete named above, give my permission for this athlete to participate in the Braswell Bengal Tennis Camp. I, the Parent or Legal Guardian and/or the Athlete, hereby waive and release any claim against Jonathan Peters, Braswell High School, Denton ISD, and employees for any injury suffered in connection with the camp.
