Players must bring athletic clothes and non-marking athletic shoes. We will provide basketballs for use skills/open gym. Skills will be during the first hour; open gym will be during the second hour.

I, the Parent/Legal Guardian of the athlete named above, give my permission for this athlete to participate in the Lady Bengal Basketball Camp. I, the Parent/Legal Guardian and/or the Athlete, hereby waive and release any claim against Lisa Williams, Braswell High School, Denton ISD, and employees for any injury suffered in connection with the camp. The Parent/Legal Guardian and Student ACKNOWLDEGE that they have carefully read and understand this waiver, release and permission for the Basketball Camp.
